Now is the perfect time to examine the values you inherited from your family and culture, and see if they still apply. Many of these previously unexamined values will remain relevant to your life, but you may wish to define some new ones that better reflect you and how you want to live your life with intention and grace.

Samantha has had numerous opportunities to redefine her life and consciously lives her values.

She came to life threshold coaching in a round-about way, after having spent 40+ years in the legal field, the last 28 at the same firm as an estate-planning and probate paralegal.

During the Covid Pandemic, she was diagnosed with Stage III Breast Cancer. This prompted her to re-evaluate just how she wanted to live her life and the kind of legacy she wants to leave behind.

Since Samantha had decades of experience in discussing death and dying with her estate planning and probate clients, she decided that her next venture would be as a Death Doula, for which she trained and was certified during and shortly after finishing her active cancer treatment, and while still working full time at the law firm.

Not long after beginning her Doula practice, her friends and the friends and families of her clients began coming to her asking if she could also help them adjust to various major life changes.

Samantha trained as a Positive Intelligence® Coach, Dragontree Life Coach, and in Positive Psychology modalities. In addition to her coaching credentials, she has studied at the Spirit Medicine Academy and is an Entheos Energy Practitioner.

She guides her clients toward living with purpose and integrity based on establishing their own deeply-rooted values. Clients connect with life on their own terms, moving through life challenges with curiosity and grace, learning how to face regrets and recriminations head-on, set strong and maintainable boundaries, deal with forgiveness to release themselves from being haunted by the past, and many more skills.
